Each affiliated local association shall elect, according to its own bylaws, PENNSYLVANIA COMMITTEE FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING Trustees in proportion to its builder membership to be based on the membership as of October 31 of each year. An exception to this would be a newly affiliated local association whose, initial trustee shall be based on the membership as of the date of affiliation, as follows:
Builder Member Trustees
5 – 20 1
21 – 40 2
41 – 80 3
81+ Each affiliated local association shall elect one additional trustee for each 40 builder members over 80.
Each member of the Executive Committee, except the assistant treasurer and executive secretary, shall automatically be a voting member of the Board of Trustees. The number of builder members determines the number your association is entitled to on the PENNSYLVANIA COMMITTEE FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING. Your cooperation in reporting the requested information in accordance with the instructions will be greatly appreciated.
